At A-Zip Moving & Cartage, your safety is our top priority. During these uncertain times, normal operations have changed to accommodate health and safety guidelines. We are doing everything we can to ensure that your move is efficient and safe for both you and your belongings. Here are just a few ways we’ve changed our procedures to ensure COVID-19 safety:

1. Online Quote Request - In order to minimize contact between us and your household, you can fill in our Request a Quote form to let us know the details of your move. We will customize a quote based on the information provided without having to come to your home.
2. Increased Sanitation - Our movers are careful to ensure that all of the equipment and trucks are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before we begin loading your things. These procedures include sanitizing the truck interior, driving cab interior, exterior handles and doors, and packing equipment such as dollies. Movers are also required to wash or sanitize hands regularly.
3. Masks Required - At all times during your move, our movers are outfitted with appropriate PPE determined by the London Middlesex Health Unit, including masks and, where applicable, eye protection and gloves.
4. Exclusive Moving - When you hire A-Zip on the day of your move, you have a designated moving team for your service. The movers and their truck(s) will be exclusively for your home, so there is no chance of contamination with another household’s belongings.
5. Physical Distancing - While moving, we will do our best to maintain a safe distance of at least 2 meters between our crew and members of your household. Masks are worn at all times.
6. At-Home Optional - If you would prefer to avoid direct interaction during your moving day, we are happy to arrange moving services to take place while you are not at home in order to increase physical distancing.
